"Turmoil in the Streets
What was once a happy, peaceful, productive city, full of life and activity, has fallen into the hands of a secret criminal syndicate. The leader of the syndicate has somehow managed to keep his identity a secret. The organization soon absorbed the city government (anyone can be had if the price is right). They even had the metropolitan police force in their back pocket. Looting, random violence and destruction are rampant. No one is safe walking the streets, day or night...
As the chaos continued at full strength, three young police officers tried to establish a special attack unit. They were repeatedly turned down by their superiors, most of who had been bought by the organisation or were too afraid to make a stand. One day, when they could no longer stand by and watch their city being demolished, they quit the force!
Adam Hunter, Axel Stone and Blaze Fielding decided to forego their careers in legal law enforcement and put their lives on the line. They are without weapons, but each possesses great hand-to-hand combat abilities. Take them into the heart of the city and battle the most dangerous wave of bad dudes and chicks ever assembled. Make the city a place where people no longer have to walk the Streets of Rage!"

... On a city that was once peaceful and productive. It fell completely apart, victimized by a massive crime organization. Looting, random violence, destruction of property -- no one who left the sanctity of his home was safe. Corruption had spread like wildfire through the police department, all the way to the top. Even the city government was on the payroll of the syndicate overlord, whose identity had somehow been kept secret.
Discouraged and disillusioned by the lack of trust and honesty on the force. Axel Stone and Blaze Fielding, two young officers, quit their jobs and planned to move on. As they reached the outskirts of the city, though, Blaze turned back for what would have been her final look. She stared long and hard at the devastation of the town where she was raised... she turned to Axel and realized that he shared her sorrow and frustration. Their eyes met and without a word they reached an agreement. The syndicate and its mysterious leader must be taken down at any cost...
Axel and Blaze are Highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat and have been trained in the use of various weapons. As skilled and determined as they may be, without your help, the city they once knew may never be restored!"

"This City is a War Zone!
The Streets are no place to walk, day or night. Vicious thugs wait in the shadows, scanning for anyone who looks like a victim. Rival gangs demand "insurance" from store owners and gang wars rage around the clock.
Things hadn't always been this way. The city had been peaceful and prosperous and it's citizens had always considered their home to be beneath the interests of big-time crime. Then the Syndicate moved in and their takeover was quick and quiet. City administration was the first to fall, followed by law enforcement. The police force became pawns to the criminal organization and their leader, "Mr.X"
"However, some on the force chose to stand and fight. Among them were three officers who tried to set up a special attack unit. Refused by their superiors and threatened with the loss of their jobs, the three left the force to declare their own war on the Syndicate.
Adam Hunter, Axel Stone and Blaze Fielding are putting their lives on the line. They're unarmed but each is an expert at hand-to-hand combat. Choose one of these brave vigilantes and brawl your way to the heart of the city, past the baddest collection of street thugs and psychopaths ever assembleed! Battle with fists and feet or grab any weapon you can find and let her fly! Show the Syndicate that you're a force to be reckoned with... as you walk the Streets of Rage!
